37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Minimum of 22.5 hours per week to be worked across Monday to Friday for part-time
Salary:
£25,350 per annum for Full Time. Equivalent to £13.00 per hour for part-time

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is looking to further their experience in HR and Office Management. You will be an important member of the HR team, assisting the Group Head of HR and Senior Leadership Team with people and culture activities.

What do we expect from you?
- To champion the Pro2col pack culture and company values, with a positive mental attitude and ability to role model behaviour
- Support the Group Head of HR with recruitment, HR and L&D activities and queries across the company, escalating where needed
- Assist the hiring manager and Group Head of HR with recruitment and selection activities, including advertising new vacancies and interview arrangements. Taking the lead on lower level positions, conducting video interviews and feeding back to the hiring manager
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new employees, including pre start actions, collecting documentation, scheduling training plans and leading HR training sessions
- Support the Group Head of HR in reviewing and auditing people policies and practices in line with legal, ISO and company requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records, keeping HR systems up to date with changes as required
- Assist the Group Head of HR with employee engagement survey communications
- Support the Group Head of HR in the management of reward and recognition practices e.g. benefits administration
- Communication regarding fortnightly Tuesday Team Meetings and lead presentations in the Group Head of HR absence
- Support employees access relevant training, including purchasing online courses and maintaining accurate training logs
- Assist the Group Head of HR in managing the leaver process
- Ensure people matters are kept confidential and communicated appropriately
- Leading the monthly Community and Wellbeing Calendars, including coordinating activities, quarterly team events, Christmas and summer parties
- Work alongside the Operations team on office management e.g. office maintenance and repairs, communicating with external suppliers etc.
- Continued professional development, keeping up to date with employment legislation and best practice
What skills do you need?
- Administration experience is required
- Minimum of one year HR experience is essential
- Office Management experience is desired but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills and time management with the ability to prioritise workload
- Process orientated with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present
- Team mentality with a people first approach
- Understands, respects and adheres to confidentiality and data protection
