About us

Over the last two decades Pro2col has been working with some of the world’s biggest brands. From High Street banks to supermarkets. Designer clothing brands to major media corporations. From global engineering firms to tech companies pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

And how have Pro2col helped these businesses?

We’ve helped them move, transfer and automate the data in their organisations to make them more effective, more efficient and ensured that their data (and often your data) is kept safe, secure and protected.

In an industry worth over $1bn we’re blazing a trail of excellence, growing year on year and have established ourselves as THE data transfer and workflow automation specialists in the UK. Now we need an ambitious Technical Operations Manager to fuel our continued rapid growth.

We are a fun and hardworking team, with a defiantly ethical, charitable and environmental focus. We’re proud to be a local business and are driven to do what we can to improve and cherish the beautiful town in which we’re based. And we believe in building a work life balance and creating a family-first and supportive culture for all our employees.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual with at least 2 years’ experience working within a company providing technical services, who is equally comfortable operating across technical delivery and operational execution.

This role sits at the intersection of the Technical and Operations teams, helping to ensure both departments are aligned and working towards shared goals of compliance, automation, efficiency, and continual service improvement. You will play a key role in translating technical capability into well-defined, repeatable, and scalable service offerings that deliver clear value to our clients.

From a technical perspective, you will help ensure our internal service products - including Professional Services, Managed Services, and Hosting Services - are clearly defined, consistently delivered, and well understood across Pro2col. You will also support the effective communication of these services to clients, acting as a trusted technical point of reference and ensuring expectations are set and met.

Operationally, you will work closely with the Head of Technical and wider teams to support ISO 27001 compliance, assist with responding to client requests for information, and help drive continuous improvements in how services are delivered. You will also act as a point of escalation for client issues, helping to resolve challenges efficiently and drive high levels of client satisfaction across our client base.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical, and the wider business to empower teams, support informed decision-making, and showcase Pro2col’s expertise.
