    JOB TITLE:  Marketing Executive

    JOB TYPE: Permanent Contract, Full time

    LOCATION: Devonshire Suite, Saxon Centre, Christchurch, BH23 1PZ preferred, home working considered. The new office is located next to the High Street with access to the Quay within a 10-minute walk.

    SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Marketing Manager

    SUMMARY:

    We have an exciting vacancy in our marketing team. It is a junior position for a candidate with a broad range of marketing skills. It is a hands-on B2B marketing role, supporting the team with delivering our marketing plan, campaigns and time-bound communications.

    The successful candidate would have excellent written communication skills, experience of digital marketing platforms and be confident working with new systems and applications. In return, you’ll gain experience and learn new skills across the full spectrum of marketing and communications activities with a positive and forward-thinking company.

    MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Preparing web content that is SEO rich to maximise organic reach.
    • Building blogs posts and web pages in WordPress templates, optimising user experience and design best practice.
    • Sub-editing, repurposing and/or proof-reading technical blog posts and other content.
    • Delivering email campaigns, including writing copy, designing email templates and reporting on campaign success.
    • Planning our social media schedule – primarily LinkedIn. This includes writing and scheduling posts, plus day-to-day monitoring of our social media platforms.
    • Designing data sheets, banners, social media images and other design-based tasks.
    • Other writing requirements, such as copy for data sheets, time bound communications to customers, website push notifications and more.
    • Campaign administration and delivery (e.g: events, webinars, agency projects and other marketing campaigns).
    • Supporting the Operations team to manage customer data in line with our stringent data protection and security policies.
    • Delivering all content to Pro2col brand guidelines.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a related subject.
    • Experience across a breadth of marketing and communications activities including: Writing for the web, online user experience, social media and other digital marketing activities. This can be from your Higher Education programme, work placement or volunteer work.
    • Experience of B2B marketing is beneficial but not essential.

    SKILLS

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Digital marketing skills, including SEO, user experience, social media.
    • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Aptitude for learning new systems.
    • Experience using a range of a marketing-related systems is desirable, including: Web content management system, design and photo editing software, email marketing tools, social media platforms and monitoring tools, video editing software. (At least some of the list, not all essential!)
    • An understanding of data protection and the requirements for B2B marketing.
    • Team mentality, a positive attitude and a sense of humour.

    COMPENSATION

    Up to £25k salary depending on experience, pension contributions, contribution towards parking permit for office parking, 20 days holiday with an additional one-day pa for the first 5 years of service, lots of tea and cake.

    JOB TITLE:  First Level Technician

    JOB TYPE: Permanent Contract, Full time

    LOCATION: Devonshire Suite, Saxon Centre, Christchurch, BH23 1PZ preferred, home working considered. The new office is located next to the High Street with access to the Quay within a 10-minute walk.

    SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Technical Manager

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Answering all support phone calls
    • Logging new support calls on CRM and with the vendor as appropriate
    • Basic issue resolution
    • Management of non-Pro2col customer tickets
    • Triage of more complicated issues
    • Daily follow up of all open tickets – by phone in the first instance
    • Active Directory and Anti Virus  administration
    • Office IT – team support on Windows/Office/Printer and a couple of macs
    • Demo system administration and build of base servers and standard configuration
    • Licence management for demo systems ie all products are licensed for use, latest versions and necessary modules and integration with other systems as required.
    • Documenting procedures as and when required and updating associated documents
    • Asset Management register
    • Review vendor updates on new releases and pass relevant info to Marketing for websites and top tips
    • Proactive calls to customer base to capture installed software version, OS, modules in use, correct contacts and how they are using the software
    • Input learning from support tickets and vendors into the knowledge base
    • Knowledge acquisition on our products, identified competitors or prospective solutions and understanding of associated infrastructure as directed.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

    Qualifications:  English and Maths GSCE minimum, 5 GCSEs, IT related qualification

    Experience: Experience in Technical customer-facing role in a business environment, tech-savvy with working knowledge of office products, databases and remote desktop control

    Skills: 

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, proficient in English
    • Organised and able to prioritise
    • Attention to detail
    • Team mentality, a positive attitude and a sense of humour
    • Windows – essential, Linux would be advantageous
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
    • Ability to learn

    JOB TITLE:  Senior Technical Consultant

    JOB TYPE: Permanent Contract, Full time

    SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: MD/Operations Director

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Pre and post-sales professional services for direct and indirect customers and resellers including but not limited to demonstrations, POC, installation, training around Managed File Transfer solutions and associated technologies.
    • Leading on delivery of all professional services delivered on-site and remotely.
    • Delivery of consultancy for customers looking to compare solutions.
    • Second-line support for customer tickets
    • Delivery of technical projects.
    • Technical writing such as top tips on how to get the best from a particular feature or solution, RFP response and how-to guides.
    • Contribute to the internal knowledge base
    • Sign off of system design, documentation and customer recommendations prepared by less experienced team members.
    • Responsible for ensuring that demo systems are fit for purpose and running the latest version of the software
    • Technical liaison with vendors for customer engagements
    • Maintaining knowledge on new modules and versions of Pro2col portfolio of Managed File Transfer and associated solutions
    • Ownership of technical training content for customers and internal staff around products
    • Scripting for customers – generally in Powershell
    • Researching alternative solutions as required.
    • Other tasks as directed.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

    Qualifications:  English and Maths GSCE minimum, Evidence of post 18 formal learning such as a degree or certified qualifications including Prince or ITIL

    Experience: Experience of managing a windows server 2012 and above and/or any variation of Linux, understanding of IT fundamentals including network, security, storage, databases, protocols, fault diagnosis, installation and configuration of software – not necessarily MFT.

    Skills: 

    • Willingness to travel on occasion and work outside of standard working hours by prior agreement
    • Telephone skills – to listen, gather and document all information, use structured questions
    • Email skills – polite, grammatically correct email response to customers
    • SQL knowledge understanding of databases and ability to be able to execute an SQL statement
    • Scriptwriting in at least one language, Powershell preferred
    • Attention to detail
    • A positive attitude and a sense of humour

    JOB TITLE:  Sales Engineer

    JOB TYPE: Permanent Contract, Full time

    SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: MD/Operations Director

    MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Establish personal rapport and build long-term relationships with both current and future key clients, through managing and interpreting their needs, and identifying current and future requirements 
    • Help clients identify which product, service or combination of the two best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, features and delivery
    • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education including demonstrations, and presentations on how the product meets the client’s needs. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements  
    • Assist in the design of solutions including system design, infrastructure, configuration options, statement of work, feature requests, documenting at all times
    • Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses 
    • Manage the delivery of technical projects
    • Deliver a range of professional services including audits and health checks
    • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
    • Arrange and carry out product training for customers and the sales team
    • Provide technical back up as required for customers using our ticketing system to deliver customer satisfaction in line with quality measures
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of company products and industry-wide knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
    • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives
    • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
    • Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team.
