Our Managed Service request menu

The request menu is a list of requests which can be serviced under the managed service agreement. Each request deducts from the monthly allowance at a rate defined in the tables below.

Tier One Requests

Tier one requests demand the most expertise and are typically carried out by our Technical Consultants. Where needed, the skills of our Principal Technical Consultant may be required.

MFT Managed Service Tier 1 Requests

* Consumed MSCs are estimated based on best endeavours and typical use cases. Where the requirement may be more complex or may require more MSCs to be consumed, the customer will be informed prior to the work being carried out.

Tier Two Requests

These requests require a deeper understanding of the solution. Where possible, our Senior Technical Support Analysts will service this request; calling on the knowledge of our Technical Consultants.

MFT Managed Service Tier 2 Requests

* Consumed MSCs are estimated based on best endeavours and typical use cases. Where the requirement may be more complex or may require more MSCs to be consumed, the customer will be informed prior to the work being carried out.

 

Tier Three Requests

Tier three requests are considered less difficult and will be serviced by a Technical Support Analyst; and supported by Senior Technical Support Analysts where required.

MFT Managed Service Tier 3 Requests

* Consumed MSCs are estimated based on best endeavours and typical use cases. Where the requirement may be more complex or may require more MSCs to be consumed, the customer will be informed prior to the work being carried out.
